Frequently asked questions
Can this converter switch between weight and volume?
Yes. Pick a weight unit on one side and a volume unit on the other and an ingredient picker appears, because weight and volume only line up once the density is known.
Which cup does it use?
The US customary cup of 236.6 ml by default. Metric, imperial, US legal and Japanese cups are all in the unit list.
